Jeep Van Wormer Changes Schedule Due to Weather
(PINCONNING, MICHIGAN) Riding a three-race winning streak, the Iron Motorsports team was back on the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series trail last weekend (April 24-25) in the states of Pennsylvania and Maryland. The Bedford Speedway in Bedford, Pennsylvania hosted a $10,000 to win series race on Friday, while the historic Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Maryland hosted a similar show on Saturday. Jeep Van Wormer was forced to take an emergency provisional on each occasion and wound up nineteenth in the final rundown at Bedford and twentieth in the running order at Hagerstown.
Following the weekend, Jeep is currently eleventh in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series point standings and is still leading the Rookie of the Year battle. You can view complete results online at www.lucasdirt.com.
