After failing to make their first three attempts in the Sprint Cup Series, Muskegon Native Mike Garvey and the H&S Motor sports team have decided to reevaluate their motor program.Cornering speeds were not an issue as their team was ranked with some of the upper echelon teams at California and Las Vegas Speedways, but straight away speed indicated a lack of horsepower. Work is in progress to fix the problem.
During this layoff Mike is tutoring some up and coming Late Model Drivers out of his new race shop in Atlanta.
Mike and his Sprint Cup teams plans are to be ready to race at Texas Motor Speedway in April.
