Muskegon's Mike Garvey took his Buddy's Home Furnishing's sponsored Port City Racing chassis to the win tonight at Five Flags Speedway. Garvey qualified second in the event only to have to start in the rear after he replaced a transmission. Garvey charged to the front passing all of the field and grabbing the point on lap 80 of the 100 lap Allen Turner event. Garvey had to hold off a hard charging DJ Vanderlay and TJ Reid after a caution came out with three laps to go. Garvey's last restart was perfect as he left Vanderlay and Reid battling for the runner-up spot as he pulled away.
