At 15 years old and a ton of talent you can tell why Rick Hendrick already has Chase Elliott under contract.
Tonight Elliott raced like a veteran as he patiently used lapped traffic to close what looked like an insurmountable lead by Augie Grill. At times Grill was ahead by a full straight away. Grill dominated the entire race only to see Elliot have a little more tire at the end passing grill on the white flag lap.
Muskegon's Mike Garvey struggled to a tenth place finish with a very loose race car.
