Sue Chichester: RIP

Sue with her Son Josh last Summer

Friends,

I regret to inform you that Sue Chichester peacefully passed away yesterday afternoon after losing her battle with ALS(Lou Gerigs Disease). She was surrounded by her loved ones as Jesus called her home. She is now free from all her earthly struggles...no more pain or suffering. I want to thank everyone for your donations to help Sue and Josh get thru this struggle. The van was a tremendous help to both of them. They were able to visit her family in Pennsylvania late last summer. I know she used it to visit family in Benton Harbor on several occasions. A family was able to take her to church every Sunday in it. They were very immobile and stuck at home without it. She had a great time with the benefit at Winston and was overwhelmed by the generosity that everyone showed. Sue led a reserved life so that was a big event for her. The van has been put into Calvary's fleet to be used, as first priority once found, to a family or person with a need who is affected by ALS. Once again, thank you for being part of that.
