Muskegon Driver #10 Tom Dusen used his son's motor from his late model after hurting his last weekend and charged to one of the closest victories ever recorded at Crystal Motor Speedway. Dusen reeled in leader #23 Ryan Vanderveen with two laps to go as Vanderveen was slowed by lapped traffic. Vanderveen was left guessing which way to go to get around a lapped car while Dusen's only option was to go opposite of the leader. Entering the last two turns Vanderveen shoved his nose inside of a lapped car only to see the him stay on the gas in the high groove bringing Dusen with him. Dusen stayed right on his bumper and won by inches.
